1、二輥軋機用途
二輥軋機設備為低碳鋼、銅銀鉛鋁、有色金屬板材、合金粉末冷軋帶材實驗設備。
2、二輥軋機的工作原理
二輥軋機分為可逆式和不可逆式,現在一般都是采用可逆式。二輥軋機主要是通過兩個旋轉的軋輥將軋件咬入軋機,實現來料尺寸的變化完成軋鋼的。軋制板材時軋輥工作面是平面,通過壓下裝置調節輥縫大小來實現板材厚度的變化。軋制線材是軋輥上刻有孔型,來料在孔型內完成斷面形狀及尺寸的變化,同時也可以通過壓下裝置調節輥縫來實現斷面尺寸的變化。
3、二輥軋機主要功能
該設備為低碳鋼、有色金屬板材冷軋實驗設備。具有先進的軋制工藝參數計算機采集裝置,可進行軋制過程的壓力、轉矩、電機功率、轉速等參數的測量。因此、在該設備上可進行材料軋制工藝的研究和冷軋件的開發。
4、二輥軋機組成及結構特點
本機由主電機、減速器、人字齒輪座、萬向接軸、工作機座、電控柜等組成,輥系采用專用軋機軸承,軋輥材質為 9Cr2Mo 。

1. Use of two high rolling mill
Two high mill equipment for low carbon steel, copper silver lead aluminum, non-ferrous metal plate, alloy powder cold rolling strip experimental equipment.
2. Working principle of two-high rolling mill
Two high mill is divided into reversible type and irreversible type, now generally use reversible type. Two high rolling mill is mainly through two rotating rolls to bite the rolling pieces into the mill to realize the change of incoming material size to complete the rolling. The rolling face is a flat surface, and the thickness of the plate can be changed by adjusting the size of the roll gap through the pressing device. Rolling wire is a roll engraved with a pass, the incoming material in the pass to complete the change of the shape and size of the section, but also can be adjusted by the roller seam to achieve the change of the section size.
3. Main functions of two high rolling mill
The equipment is cold rolling experimental equipment of low carbon steel and non-ferrous metal sheet. With advanced rolling process parameters computer acquisition device, can be used to measure the rolling process pressure, torque, motor power, speed and other parameters. Therefore, the research of material rolling process and the development of cold rolled parts can be carried out on this equipment.
4. Composition and structure characteristics of two-high rolling mill
This machine is composed of main motor, reducer, miter gear holder, universal coupling shaft, working stand, electric control cabinet, etc. Roll system adopts special rolling mill bearing, roll material is 9Cr2Mo.
